The Jagannath University Admission Circular 2021 has been released. Only those who take part in GST’s Admission Test are able to apply on line. JNU Admission Formula 2020-21 may be filled out on the admission.jnu.ac.bd site. Jagannath University will not conduct an admission test in this year. The merit list will be made using the candidate’s GST Result as well as HSC/SSC equivalent results. Departments and Subjects are selected by merit. Undergraduate Admission Eligibility

To be eligible for admission to Jagannath University, the candidate must pass HSC and the equivalent exam by 2020. Additionally for 2017 or 2018 the applicant must be able to pass the SSC or equivalent exam.

Each of the units at Jagannath University must have different qualifications to apply.

Unit-A (Science): Unit-1 for Science. For admission to the science section applicants must be able to show an overall GPA of 8.00 at the SSC and HSC levels. Additionally to that, every one of SSC or HSC levels should have a minimum GPA 3.50 each.

Unit B (Humanities): This unit is designed for students in the humanities. For this unit, you have be able to show a minimum GPA that is 7.00. Additionally, at SSC or HSC level the minimum GPA must be 3.00 in each case.

Unit C (Commerce): This unit is intended for Business Studies. For this unit you must be able to show an overall GPA that is 7.50. Each level should also be able to provide a minimum GPA 3.00.

To be considered for admission to Music or Fine Arts The total minimum GPA for SSC or Equivalent as well as HSC / Equivalent exams should be 6.50. However, a GPA lower than of 3.00 is not sufficient in HSC as well as SSC level. To be considered for Drama, Film and Television the minimum GPA must be 7.00 and the individual GPA should be 3.00.

Jagannath University application form can be filled out on admission.jnu.ac.bd site. The online application process will begin 15 November 2021 at 12:00 noon. Application deadline is November 25, 2021, 11:59 pm. Instructions and guidelines for applying are available on the admissions web site. To apply online, follow the steps below.

  1. Visit the Admission site admission.jnu.ac.bd
  2. Click Apply Online for your unit or group
  3. Provide SSC, HSC and GST Information
  4. Press Apply Button
  5. Complete the Application and pay the fee.

Application Fee

When they have completed the online application process, applicants are required to make payment that is Tk.600 for each unit. The application fee are payable through bKash, SureCash, Rocket, Nagad or Teletalk.

Jagannath University Merit list will be released at the close of an application deadline. JNU The merit list is constructed on the basis of 200 marks. 100 marks will be taken into consideration to be a part of the University Integrated GST Admission Test. 40 percent marks from SSC equivalent or 60 percent marks from HSC or equivalent will count. A separate merit list based on the unit will be made. Students are admitted based on the merit list published.
